Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

· Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles

· Highly Proficient with QuickBooks Online

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping

· Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes

· Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred

· High school diploma or GED required

· AA degree or higher preferred

These are the MAIN AREAS you’ll be working on and helping us with:

QUICKBOOKS / BOOKKEEPING - Utilize QuickBooks including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, process payroll, run various reports on a regular basis, reconcile bank accounts, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Reconcile vendor statements and ensure parts purchases and returns are reconciled back to the shop management systems, bank, and credit cards.

File monthly Sales Tax Returns

Other tasks, as assigned

LOCATION - 7831 Lost Creek Gap, Boerne, TX primarily. Position could also work some at our location at 16308 San Pedro Ave San Antonio TX 78232
